These rules are essential for staff and players and must be followed.

Note: The tennis office is closed with the exception of employees at this time. There will be no administrative or transactional business conducted on-site. Restrooms are also closed. There will be no walk-ons. For all information about open courts, click here. Please note that open courts need to have a confirmed reservation and method of payment on file (no transactions will be handled on-site).


Be Considerate of Others and Consider Your Own Health!

  • If you have any symptoms of illness, please do not come to the club.

What to Bring With You in Preparation for Play:

  • Racquet, no demos are available.

  • Water (the club cannot supply water)

  • Towel, if you require one.

  • Chair if you would like. No seating is available anywhere on site including court benches.

When you arrive at Oak Hills:

  • Do not arrive more than five minutes before your court time.

    1. Check-in outside tennis office. (C)

    2. Maintain social distancing, 6ft minimum, at all times. 

Players Enter/Exit their court at assigned gate:

  • Next group allows previous courts to leave first.

  • Exiting players always have the right of way off the court and leaving the facility. 

  • 1 Player at a time

    • Gate 1 - Courts 1/2 & Courts 3/4

    • Gate 2 - Courts 5 & 6

    • Gate 3 - Courts 7 & 8

When you leave Oak Hills:

  • Please depart the club immediately upon the completion of your play.

  • Make sure to take all of your belongings with you. There will be no lost and found.

We will continue to provide outdoor recreation to our customers during this heightened alert period as long as everyone obeys the above safety practices and we will continue to monitor the recommendations by the CDC, local, state, and national authorities and keep you updated if anything changes at the courts.  IF YOU, A FAMILY MEMBER OR SOMEONE YOU HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH HAS RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS, PARTICULARLY A FEVER, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE COURTS.
