Meet Our Staff

At Oak Hills Tennis Club, our entire staff shares one thing in common. A whole-hearted love for tennis. Our team of pros is second to none. Each one was chosen based on their proficiency in instruction, their level of play and their enthusiasm for the game.

Jim Lipinski – Director of Tennis

Throughout his teen years, this Polish born tennis player competed in junior tournaments around the country. He earned a Masters degree from the University of Physical Education in Wroclaw and has been certified as an instructor by the Polish Tennis Association as well as being a referee and trainer. At the Progress Tennis Club in Wroclaw, he taught tennis at every level. Jim will tell you that there are just a few things he likes as much as tennis. These include a big bowl of ice cream, a fun travel adventure and spending time with his Brazilian wife, Clarissa.

Aldrin Dinya

Aldrin Dinya was born in Kenya where he achieved his status in Tennis. He has represented his country Kenya in the Davis Cup and also coached and managed the team to several ties. He is a certified ITF Level 2 coach and has worked and travelled with some of the best Juniors in the world to the Grand Slams as well as many other ITF tournaments. He was also the ITF travelling coach for 4 years running and enjoyed outstanding results/Success during this time. Before coming to America, Aldrin worked for the International Tennis Federation Africa Training Centre for 8 years and before that he was the Head Coach for the Kenya team.

Aldrin completed his studies in his native country Kenya where he majored in Computer Science.

Arlen Domoney

Also from South Africa, as a junior Arlen was on the South African touring team. Arlen received a scholarship to International Tennis Federation (ITF) Africa Tennis Academy. Arlen is ranked internationally as a junior player and played pro tournaments. Currently playing for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Conference Champions and ranked as high as #33 in the nation. Coaching experience in Malibu, CA , Lawrenceville, NJ , and coached Junior Provincial players in South Africa.

Olivia Cavaliere

Olivia Cavaliere returns to Oak Hills to offer instruction for players of all ages and abilities. Olivia’s tennis career began at Shippan Racquet Club at 4 years old. She played in area tournaments and attended Westhill High School before moving to the Chris Evert Tennis Academy in Boca Raton, Fla. She played in International Tennis Federation Tournaments throughout the world, and then moved on to play Division I tennis at the University of South Alabama. Her doubles team reached the NCAA semifinals. Olivia enjoys giving back to the game that she loves. Part of her love for the game stems from her mother, Barbara, the club manager at Shippan, King’s Highway in Darien and Oak Hills. She is looking forward to working with familiar faces at Oak Hills and some new ones as well!
